Trinity Beauty Ultrabond should be used prior to your primer application and will not penetrate into the natural nail plate.
Remove nail dust from the nail plate then apply 1 coat of Ultrabond to the nail plate. Another use for Ultrabond is before your nail polish application to remove excess oils.
